In the same way we build award-winning homes for our clients, we also want to provide them with award-winning customer service. To help get a gauge of how our clients feel about the level of customer care they receive, we entered the 2022 Australian Achiever Awards. The Australian Achiever Awards are now in their 25th year and provide an independent, unbiased assessment of a business’s customer service based on client feedback.
We’re absolutely thrilled to share that, in a category where any score above 80% is considered exceptional, Arden received an overall score of 95.87% and a status of ‘Highly Recommended’!
