Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are based on Arden Homes’ standard floorplan and standard inclusions and on the client providing a cleared, level and accessible site prior to construction. Prices apply to Melbourne metropolitan area build zones only. Pricing for Regional build zones may be additional. Building zones are determined at the sole discretion of Arden Homes. Surcharges may apply outside of these areas. Arden Homes reserves the right to alter specification, build zones, pricing and other product information without prior notice. Prices only valid on the date the Owner pays an initial fee. Details of additional costings following investigations such as engineering, council and planning approvals, finance, soil and survey results, and third-party requirements, will be detailed in your building contract.  We will forward the bush fire, energy efficiency assessments and ocean corrosion protection costs to you after the initial assessment. For information on standard inclusions and optional display items please consult your New Homes Consultant. Arden Homes does not supply the following items, including landscaping, window furnishings, wallpapers, decorative lighting, décor and furniture. *Lot width recommendation subject to land restrictions and may vary between councils..

Refer a friend
Valid from 01/04/2020 for new deposits received after this date. The referrer must be a current or past client of Arden Homes. The referred client must not be an existing or previous Arden Homes client, nor can they have been referred by another client already. The referral form must be submitted via the webform on our website prior to the referee placing their deposit. It is the complete responsibility of the referrer to ensure the referral form is submitted prior to their friend/family depositing. No other forms will be accepted. User Generated Content Competition 

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and older who are a customer of Arden Homes [meaning they are in the process of building their home or have built with Arden Homes] Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. 
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. Entries are unlimited per month. Arden Homes customers can create as much content as they like and each piece of user generated content counts as a single entry. Any entry that does not meet these requirements will be deemed ineligible. 
5. The promoter accepts no responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. The competition will commence on 8:00pm on 01/09/2020 AEST. The competition will run each month with entries closing on the last day of the month at 11.59pm AEST (the Promotion Period).
